General bonus rules
These rules apply unless a promotion sets its own. Casino bonus wagering ends after 10 days and sports bonus wagering after 30 days, and any remaining bonus and its winnings are then voided. A deposit casino bonus has 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus and can release at most 10 times the bonus amount, so a 15 AUD bonus can release up to 150 AUD.

Live betting and Cash-Out
Live odds can change suddenly, and a market may close during a match.

Bet acceptance and changes

Settlement, multiples and limits
Pre-match and live events are settled on the official result and then closed. A multiple joins two or more selections and wins only when every selection wins. A postponed or void selection counts at odds of 1.00.
Maximum bet limits vary by sport and game. You can win up to €100,000 a day, or the equivalent in your account currency, excluding stake. For bets on different days, the day the final event is resolved decides which daily cap applies.

A deposit refund is possible only in exceptional circumstances, for example after a technical problem. Contact support within 24 hours of the transaction, and we aim to reply within 10 business days. Every refund stays at our discretion. A deposit cannot be refunded once it or its bonus has been used to place a bet.
Withdrawals
A preferred withdrawal method is not guaranteed, and we may pay through a different payment system.
Deposits need a 1x rollover before withdrawal. If wagering stays below the deposit, winnings may be cancelled and a 10% commission kept, at least 0.75 AUD, or 15% for bank card or bank transfer deposits. A minimum monthly wagering requirement of 30 AUD in the calendar month of the request also applies. You can have a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals at once.

Verification
